1.1 Course booking at Crudessence is done either over the Internet or the phone. Reception of an email or voicemail does not constitute a reservation and Crudessence is by no means obligated to consider those as a confirmation of sale.

1.2 Prices for Basic Courses are 75$ per course (tax included), with a deposit of 25$ (payable upon reservation). The intensive workshops are worth 160$, requiring a deposit of 50$.

1.3 Crudessence reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at all times, the price of its products and services.

1.4 All prices are in Canadian currency.

2.1 Reservations and payment of the deposit can be made by credit card (Visa or Master Card), check, in money or with a gift-certificate.

3.1 Deposits for courses will be cashed in immediately and are non-refundable.

3.2 To modify and transfer your deposit to an upcoming course, you must advise us 10 days prior to the date of the original course. The deposit will be lost after more than one cancellation/transfer.

3.3 Crudessence reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of participants is not achieved. If this occurs, no cost will be charged to you and your deposit will be refunded (unless you chose to transfer it to an upcoming course).
