General conditions of sale, course booking and reimbursement - living food class

1.1 Course booking at Crudessence is done either over the Internet or the phone. Reception of an email or voicemail does not constitute a reservation and Crudessence is by no means obligated to consider those as a confirmation of sale.

1.1.1 A confirmation will be sent to you by email after payment of the deposit. The confirmation email will indicate your name, the date and time when the class will be held.

1.2 Prices for Basic Courses are from 50 to 85$ per course (taxes not included), with a deposit of 25$ (payable upon reservation). The intensive workshops are worth 160$ in Montreal and 175$ outside of Montreal (taxes not included), requiring a deposit of 50$.

1.3 Crudessence reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at all times, the price of its products and services.

1.4 All prices are in Canadian currency.

2.1 Reservations and payment of the deposit can be made by credit card (Visa or Master Card), check, in money or with a gift-certificate.

2.2 Deposits for courses will be cashed in immediately and are non-refundable.

2.3 To modify and transfer your deposit to an upcoming course, you must advise us 48 hours prior to the date of the original course. The deposit will be lost after more than one cancellation/transfer.

2.4 Crudessence reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of participants is not achieved. If this occurs, no cost will be charged to you and your deposit will be refunded (unless you chose to transfer it to an upcoming course).

3.1 To benefit from the "3 basic classes = 50% on the 4th", the total amount of the 4 classes must be paid when applying.

3.2 The 4 classes must be taken within the next 3 months.

3.3 This package only concerns the basic classes and cannot be combined with an intensive class.
