Le nouveau restaurant-boutique Crudessence a ouvert ses portes le 10 mai 2009! Le bar à jus a été agrandi et vous accueille désormais dans un nouvel espace avec un menu plein de surprises, haut en couleurs et débordant de fraîcheur! Vous pouvez y déguster de surprenants smoothies et régaler vos papilles avec un tout nouveau choix de déjeuners, plats principaux et desserts. Vous avez bien sûr toujours la possibilité de vous présenter au comptoir et de repartir avec votre jus, smoothie ou mets préféré!
Alors venez vite découvrir, ou redécouvrir, votre oasis de santé pour vous nourrir en conscience avec ceux que vous aimez dans une ambiance familiale et inspirante!

Vous pourrez également y découvrir une très belle collection de livres sur l'alimentation vivante ainsi que de nombreux produits biologiques pour agrémenter vos recettes et éveiller vos sens : noix de Brésil, tahini et cacao crus, baies de goji, mûres blanches et autres trésors de la nature vous y attendent!
Le restaurant-boutique et sa joyeuse équipe vous accueillent du dimanche au mercredi de 11h à 21h et du jeudi au samedi de 11h00 à 22h00, au 105, rue Rachel ouest (entre St-Urbain et l'Esplanade). Merci de prendre note que le dernier service est une demie-heure avant la fermeture.

The new Crudessence restaurant-boutique opened on May 10, 2009! The juice bar was expanded and now welcomes you in a brand new space with a menu full of surprises, colors and freshness! You can enjoy amazing smoothies and delight your taste buds with a whole new selection of breakfasts, main dishes and desserts. Of course, you can always go to the take-out counter and walk away with a juice, smoothie or any of your favorite foods!

The restaurant-boutique and its merry team welcome you from Sunday to Wednesday between 11am and 9pm and from Thursday to Saturday between 11am and 10pm, at 105 Rachel street West (between St. Urbain and l’Esplanade). Please note that the last service is half an hour before closing.
