The First Living Food Restaurant in Québec!

Crudessence, the new Restaurant-Boutique opened May 10th 2009! Additional space was added to the Juice Bar, which can now accommodate a wider variety of colourful and fresh gourmet surprises. We invite you to taste amazing smoothies, appreciate the breakfast menus, main dishes as well our variety of desserts on the spot. Of course, we still offer our take out service. Enjoy our kombucha, your favourite dish, or smoothies to take home.

Crudessence : A truly live Restaurant!

We also offer a wonderful collection of living foods books as well as various organic products to enhance your recipes and enliven your senses: Brazil nuts, raw tahini and cacao, goji berries, white blackberries (or mulberries), and other natural products. Discover them!

The joyous Restaurant-Boutique team welcomes you Sunday to Wednesday, from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm and Thurday to Saturday from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm,
at 105 Rachel Street West, between St-Urbain and L'Esplanade.

Please note that the last service is half an hour before closing time.
